Come explore the beauty of Northwest Arkansas using our beautifully upgraded homes as your base of operations.
We currently have two awesome locations close to downtown Bentonville; the 2 bedroom Trailhouse on 3rd St right downtown and the 3 bedroom Trailhouse on Monroe right next to Crystal Bridges. We are looking to add more in the future.
Trailhouse on 3rd St
Trailhouse on Monroe
We cater specifically to mountain bikers but invite all explorers of all kinds to the area; students, business people, families, pet owners, and retirees.
We live locally and are happy to make recommendations and answer any questions you may have. Otherwise, come and explore and enjoy!
Super cute, clean, well appointed space. The towels are sooooo nice. I was in love with them. Really thoughtful people—nice little gestures throughout. I’d stay here again for sure. Loved it
Absolutely LOVED this home and couldn't have asked for better. Very comfy and had the "home" feel. Beds were AMAZING! Found myself wanting to spend more time relaxing at the house on my trip, rather than out. Definitely hope to stay here again. Recommend to everyone.
The pictures of Trail House on Third are good but do not do it justice. This house is really cool. So many excellent touches. Anyone would be proud to have a home decorated this well.
Dave has supplied everything you will need for your stay, from dish wash and detergent for clothes, to pots and pans, aluminum foil for cooking and bags for storing leftovers. Internet access is great, along with Netflix and Amazon for movies at night. Good quality amenities for showering are included as well.
The location is awesome. Easy walk to Crystal Bridges Museum, lots of restaurants, KYYA Chocolates (which should not be missed), and hiking trails. The homes in the area are beautiful. It is a very quiet neighborhood while being so close all the fun in downtown Bentonville.
Dave responded to all questions I had literally within a few minutes during the planning process and on the way there. Once we got there I had no more questions because we were totally blown away. This is a great place and Dave is a fantastic host. We are planning our return trip already and just left today. Stay, you’ll wish you had booked it for longer.
Very nice place! Lots of thoughtful touches for guests of all ages. Hosts were very good! Happy to answer any questions I had in a very timely manner! Beds were so comfortable. Nice neighborhood. Highly recommend you stay here!
We came to Bentonville for a few days of mountain biking. This house worked perfectly. It’s location allowed us to easily ride to most trails and was a quick walk to the town center for dinner and craft beers. The house was very clean nicely decorated. The hosts were great and provided many personal touches to ensure we had a great stay. I highly recommend the trail house!
Very clean and stylish, a little smaller than it looks in the pictures but we slept seven comfortably and without long waits for a bathroom. The kitchen is great for making group meals. The back yard is perfect for dogs to run and play. Location is a little further from downtown than I expected, but still not far. We rode bikes down in about five minutes, uphill going there, downhill coming back. Exceptional restaurants downtown and lots to do. Jump on the Slaughter Pen trail system from there or just session some features on the All American Trail. Really great experience. The house didn't havecz grill but we mentioned it to Dave and he brought one over plus some charcoal and lighter fluid. The Trailhouse, plus easy communication with Dave and Erin, allowed us to have an epic July 4 vacation with friends, pets and bikes --- to do all the stuff we love about Bentonville. Highly recommended.
